Welcome to Olala Panama. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Olala Panama website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" refers to that entity.
2.1 Registration. To access certain features of the Service, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
2.2 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

5.1 Ownership. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Olala Panama and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
5.2 License. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for its intended purposes.
5.3 User Content. By posting, uploading, or otherwise making content available through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with providing and promoting the Service.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use the Service. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7.2 Limitation of Liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OLALA PANAMA, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.
7.3 Business Transactions. Olala Panama is not responsible for any transactions, agreements, or interactions between users and businesses listed on the Service. Any disputes arising from such transactions are solely between the user and the business.
8.1 Informal Resolution. Before filing a claim against Olala Panama, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at amigos@olalapanama.com. We'll try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email.
8.2 Arbitration. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and Olala Panama agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Panama.
9.1 Termination by You. You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Service or by contacting us at amigos@olalapanama.com.
9.2 Termination by Us. We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.
9.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Panama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
